The Raven Boys
******THIS BOOK CONTAINS LIGHT SPOILERS SO JUST LOOK AT IT*********This book I did enjoy, it was just not as interesting. But I am still giving the second book I try because sequels are usually my favorites when ever I am reading a series.
Anyway i really loved the characters and I felt like just in the first book I already got a big idea on these characters lives. Usually for me that never happens in the first book or sometimes I never find out until the third book.
Oh my god and i loved some of the unexpected plot twist! Like when Adam snuck out to go and wake the sleeping king and then just runs into Whelks and Neeve.
Also this book did keep me on the edge of my seat. Like when I was trying to find out why Adam had the bruise on his face or what Roland was holding at the church.
The only reason I am giving this book four stars is because there was not really enough action to keep me entertained. I am sure though that in the second book there will be more secrets and midnight outings to the forest.
So yes four stars I still really think anyone should read this book if you are into mysteries.
